iCARE is an academic support center committed to enhancing student learning, academic achievement, and professional readiness. The office provides accessible, inclusive, and innovative programs and services designed to address students’ academic needs, promote academic integrity, and foster lifelong learning.
Through academic support initiatives, learning resources, review and enhancement programs, and student-centered activities, iCARE complements classroom instruction and provides opportunities for students to strengthen their knowledge, skills, and competencies. The office collaborates with academic departments and other institutional units to ensure responsive and relevant support throughout the students’ academic journey.

Core Functions
iCARE’s core function is to provide accessible, inclusive, and innovative academic support services that empower students to achieve academic excellence, uphold academic integrity, and develop the skills needed for professional success and lifelong learning.
Services Offered
1. Consultation - iCARE's consultation sessions offer one-on-ones with their teachers and faculty members to better address the challenges in their courses
2. Review Classes - Review classes are conducted twice per term, during midterms and finals, to help students prepare for their exams.
3. Professional Certification Review - The college trains and prepare their students for the software and professional certification examinations to help them acquire the workforce-ready skills for employment upon completion of their programs.
Service Procedures
Students who wish to avail themselves of iCARE services may access the Paraverse to view available services, schedules, registration details, and other relevant information.
For inquiries, assistance, or services that require direct coordination, students may visit the iCARE Office and approach any available iCARE personnel. The iCARE team will provide the necessary guidance and direct students to the appropriate service, resource, or personnel based on their needs.
