Posted: 2024-07-11

In its relentless pursuit of excellence in research and technology, FEU Alabang, FEU Diliman, and FEU Institute of Technology continuously spearhead events that cultivate cutting-edge research collaborations both locally and globally.

One of the most anticipated initiatives is the 5th International Collaboration on Technology (iTECH 2024), which transitioned from its virtual format in 2021, to in-person last July 8, 2024, at the FEU Tech Innovation Center, drawing a dynamic crowd of students and faculty from diverse educational backgrounds.

The event kicked off with inspiring keynote addresses by distinguished speakers at the forefront of computing and technology. Among them was Prof. Chul-Soo Ye, Ph.D., from Far East University in Korea, renowned for his pioneering work in AI Computer Engineering. Dr. Rosemarie G. Edillon, Undersecretary for National Development Policy and Planning at NEDA, shared invaluable insights into the evolving tech landscape in the Philippines. Adding an international perspective, Prof. Ming-Che Hsieh, Ph.D., Director of the Library and Information Center at National Taitung University in Taiwan highlighted global trends in innovation.
