The Student Activities and Development Unit organized a leadership training and teambuilding activity for the newly elected officers of Recognized Student Organizations (RSO) of School Year 2013-2014, on May 24, 2013 at T907, and on May 26, 2013 at Tanay Adventure Camp, in Rizal. The goal of this activity was to orient the new leaders in their roles, duties, and responsibilities; to guide them in preparing their organizations development plans; and to encourage coordination and camaraderie among all of the organizations.
Ms. Augusta Altobar, the FEU Tech Coordinator for Community Extension Services, and Mr. Renato Jose Maria Molano, the current P.R.O. of the Philippine Association of Campus Advisers, were invited as resource speakers for the seminar and workshops. Their topics included self-awareness, importance of giving to communities, and total quality leadership.
RSO leaders and advisers were divided into teams and were able to interact in simple teambuilding activities such as the Great Egg Drop, and Fair and Square.
